Project Brief · est. 10–12 minutes

Let's build it
right the first time.

Seven short sections. The more we get out of the way now, the fewer rounds of revisions you'll sit through later. If you don't know an answer, skip it — we'll catch it on the kickoff call.

What to have handy

  • Your logo (high-res or vector file if you have one)~30 sec
  • A link to your photos, products, or portfolio~2 min
  • Your best customer reviews or testimonials~3 min
  • A couple of websites you like (and one or two you don't)~2 min
01 / The Basics

Who you are.

Boring but necessary. We start here so the names-and-numbers details don't trip us up at the end.

02 / What You Do

The business.

Pick what kind of business this is — we'll ask a couple of follow-ups tailored to it. Then tell us what you actually sell.

03 / Audience & Edge

Who & why.

Who you're trying to reach, and why they should pick you over the next option.

04 / Proof

Show, don't tell.

Reviews, testimonials, and visuals are the biggest reason people trust a business enough to reach out. Don't skip this one.

Or just send your Google / Yelp / review profile link in the last section and we'll pull from there.
A shareable Google Drive / Dropbox folder with your best visuals — project photos, product shots, team photos, whatever fits. 8–15 strong images beat 100 mediocre ones. No folder? Email them to projects@nuun.dev with your business name in the subject.
05 / Look & Feel

How it should feel.

This is where most projects go sideways. Show us a couple sites you like, a couple you don't, and we'll triangulate.

Have a dark-background or alternate version? Email it along with your other files.
06 / Goals

What it's for.

What should the site actually accomplish? Pick what matters — this drives the whole layout.

07 / The Details

Last stretch.

The technical bits, then the single most important question on the whole form.

This single question saves more revision rounds than every other question combined. Take the extra minute.

Got it.

We'll review your brief within one business day and reach out to schedule the kickoff call.
